Started with a recall on my wife’s car. Tanya was great from service. While waiting for suv to be done I met Addison and he showed my some trucks. This was my first experience with Classic Buick in Painesville, Never really had a good experience with car buying. I was looking for a car for my younger son and walked in and was greeted by Alex Gomez he is the best car professional I've had in a long time, my son wasn't sure what he wanted and Alex asked him questions about his likes and dislikes i was very impressed, He knew about every car on the lot and found him a perfect fit. I was also very impressed with the finance department, Dave Paul took his time and walked us through all the paperwork and explained everything.
