Chuck was very knowledgeable about the vechile we purchased and was pleased with the overall service. He walked us though all the financing options and even called our insurance company for us. Which made the process easier for me.

Everybody is so friendly at the dealership. I have been buying cars there for over 30 years and have always been treated extremely well. Mike Reed is a great guy and knows all the things I need to hear. Adrian is a terrific guy and always fun to deal with.

As an employee from a closed dealership had not had to actually visit a dealership in almost 20 years for me vehicle needs. I contacted Mike Lemay last week with a task that I thought would be impossible, he reacted, got it done, visited him same day and purchased a 2021 Encore GX. He and David Paul in finance made the whole process seamless and easy. Can't say enough good about the entire organization. Had the need to visit service this morning and same treatment...Mike at the desk was great, had both my needs taken care of in a short amount of time....Highly recommend this dealership. A bit far for me to travel but will continue to come out here.

Not necessarily because we thought they were better than other dealerships but they happened to have the vehicles we were looking for. After my recent experience with Mitch at Painesville Classic , I won't be going anywhere else. It was a very easy experience. No pressure and was able to feel comfortable to express what I wanted. This was my first Buick. Bought the Envision. I love it. It probably won't be my last.
