Love this dealership. Everyone is always friendly, when you walk by they 'all' say hello. Service Department is always helpful and friendly as well! We love this Classic dealership over all the others!??
I have been dealing with Classic & Manager Marty Budd for approximately 20 years. Our three children have also purchased cars & trucks through Marty. We have always been completely satisfied with the sales & service...that is why we return. They go out of their way to make sure we are satisfied.
I asked to test drive a used vehicle, when I started the engine I noticed the engine service light was on. The sales person apologized and said he would have the technicians service the vehicle and give me a call with an update. The next day the sales person informed me there was a faulty sensor that was replaced and I could come back in for a test drive. A day later and 20 seconds into the test drive my wife mentioned a smell of mildew. We then noticed water stains in the upholstery near the sun roof. We then noticed the upholstery was soaking wet....we immediately returned and left the dealership. Two days later we went to an adjacent classic dealership and test drove another car. Upon entering the car we noticed animal hair on the seats and dried soda splash marks around the cup holders...the car was obviously not cleaned. This was especially surprising since the car had been on the lot for 69 days. During the drive I noticed a squeaking sound and upon return also noticed the engine was vibrating at an unusually rate. The sales person said he would have the technicians check it out a update me when complete. Later the same day the sales person notified me the brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced and the car had a recall due to a problem with engine...it was sent to the Kia dealership to be evaluated. I have purchased 2 cars from Classic and am now contemplating if I will ever purchase another. Very disappointed!

Mitch went out of his way to help. He made getting the car easy. The dealership had the car on the lot, which is what I test drove. He offered to drive my new car to my house, explained all the features and gave my husband a test ride. Since I forgot to take some things from my old car, Allison brought them over on her way home.
